Admins should be able to sort, filter, and search on the Feedback table per publication.
We need to have the ability to sort by the columns from the Feedback; User, Chapter, Section, Date, Message, Assigned, and Resolved.
These column headings also need filtering so a user can choose to view only those that are not resolved or assigned to author.
The search will also act as a filter or narrow down which rows are visible.

Users should be able to see tooltips over a section title in the sidebar
As a user reading an edify publication, I can view the full title when I mouse over the title in the sidebar if the title is long and the sidebar cuts part of it off.

Admins should be able to put a checkmark for Feedback that is Resolved
We need to have a clear indication that feedback has been resolved.
A checkmark or something like that would work. So, if an issue is resolved then the user can check off the piece of feedback so it is clear that the issue has been resolved.

Improve Feedback Section
Provide an in improved experience for users to provide feedback and receive notifications for the suggestions that they have made.
