  1. Option to Customize Company

    Ok, so two things:

    1. It would be cool to be able to name the company I'm working for.

    2. It would be great to be able to customize what product we are selling.

    3. It would be great to be able to customize what type of company you're working for.

    What if I want to sell shoes at Nike? Or promote a tire shop like Big O Tires? Real Estate? Livestock? There are many different avenues of business, and many of us will not actually be selling bags on social media, so it would be great to get exposure to other forms…

  2. Customer Simulation- screen size

    I can't even scroll down all the way on the customer section. It drops my customer satisfaction low, and it isn't my fault. Fix this area by making it its own tab (like analytics or posts).

  4. Add the ability to delete saved audiences/ have saved changes to audiences save properly.

    At the moment, the edit audiences feature so not communicate changes correctly. For example, if you change a name on a saved audience, it will not update that change in the saved audiences drop down.

    You also cannot delete a saved audience, thus causing further issue if a student accidentally creates a duplicate audience.

  5. Combining CSV Post and Influencer Data

    It would be very helpful if the download fields in the post details and Influencer details download files could be reorganized to put the performance metrics that are common to both files in the same place (same column designation) in the file. The details that aren't common (e.g., post date, platform, influencer name, etc...) would be entered after the common metrics:

    This would make it a LOT easier to merge the two files to determine (for example only) the total conversions generated in Round 11.

    To illustrate, it would be MUCH more efficient if BOTH the influencer and post details…

  7. Inaccuracies in the CSV spreadsheet

    When students download their Mimic Social CSV spreadsheet, it is showing that their non-promotional posts are promotional (even if it does not have a cost labeled to it) and promotional posts as non-promotional.

  9. Easily Accessible Round by Round Data

    Professors constantly are asking to see results from specific rounds and don't want to have to dig through the CSV file and add up totals. Maybe the summary report can have a by-round total

  10. General/Global Benchmarks for Instructors

    Instructors ask for benchmarks for student results. Students are fine to be graded against each other but there's no telling if the class as a whole is doing well or poor.

  12. Add grading option for even rounds

    If you want to get really creative and make the even rounds more valuable, allow the faculty to grade the response in the system (on a 1-5 scale?) so that the reflections can be incorporated in the grading process.

  13. Instructions for "Recalculate Simulations"

    The "recalculate simulations" button could use an explanation as to what it does as the changes to the students simulation shouldn't be clicked unless the instructor is sure of what they are doing.

  14. Fix the October to November Button

    On the scheduling calendar, you can't use the arrows to go from October to November. You have to just click on the day in November and it switches the months.

    Having rounds 1 and 2 being part of 1 big "round" is confusing to a lot of professors.

    Instructors should be able to schedule the time as well as the date that they want students to begin a round of the simulation.

  20. Show Stages of the customer funnel

    I think the sim can further develop by replicating all stages of the customer funnel on many of the social advertising platforms. For example, let's say I targeted people like "Back to School Molly" with a social ad, 15% of them responded to my ad by liking it, sharing it, or viewing 6 seconds of the ad's video, I would then define this audience as a custom audience and target them with a different ad that takes them from awareness to interest.
